Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. The following items are not eligible for return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return eligible items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure proof of delivery. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We do not accept returns shipped via C.O.D.
There is no restocking fee for eligible returns. You will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping. All prices are in CAD.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the new item promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged item. Please keep all original packaging.
