We ship exclusively within Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. We do not ship to the United States. Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are typically subject to regional variations. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are calculated at checkout based on your province. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, remote area delivery challenges, or damaged/lost parcels. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for delivery status.
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There is no restocking fee. Final-sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. We do not offer exchanges. Damaged items should be reported upon receipt.
